Although Dr. Shroll is a good technician, he is rude, abrupt and dismissive. He and his awful office manager, Donna, are two peas in a pod. My spouse was fired by him as a patient. He said her behavior was abhorrent. She is about to undergo an 8 level fusion surgery, and he said he could care less because she was no longer his patient. Can you imagine her pain level to require that kind of surgery, and then to be dismissed because she was trying to expedite the issuance of pain medication? He and Donna should be ashamed of themselves.

he came highly recommended and I agree, He had my previous records and was familiar. When Humanna denied a procedure he appealed and got it approved no questions asked. He makes you feel like a person not just a number.

Very happy with Dr. Shroll. We recently moved to New Braunfels and were very happy to have found him. My husband has been dealing with chronic back pain for years and Dr. Shroll treated us with respect and answered all our questions.

This office and this doctor continue to be the worst health providers I have. The consisently forget to call in medications they prescribe. You can never get a nurse to call you back the same day and overall no one seems to really care.

This man cares nothing at all about your pain or helping you try to lead a semi enjoyable life. The only thing he wants to do is inject you with steroids, and who knows what else, so that the practice makes the over inflated fee they charge your insurace for a procedure that doesnt help anyone. After trying everything that he suggested and not getting any relief, I tried to get my records so that i could move on and find another dr. I was given the run around for 3 months. Find another doctor!

My experience with Dr. Shroll was at UCLA Medical Center and not in his private practice. My son was freshly operated and in serious pain. Dr. Shroll exhibited the requisite knowledge and experience necessary to be a good doctor, and also displayed a remarkable compassion and care. He listened carefully and took the time to address every question, misgiving and comment that we had. I highly recommend Dr. Shroll - both as a doctor as well as an excellent human being!
