Well, I’ve been counted her twice now as a new patient and I have learned a lot about my condition, spinal cord entry. I did not wait long in the office. The MMA was great and the doctor came in shortly after that and spent time with me. She listened to me and looked me in the eyes when we were talking. I am very pleased with Dr Joyce Chen.

Not a good DR
Lack of empathy, lack of listen skills, lack of math (med give are 6 pills a day x30 is 180 not a 150 like you keep stating). In ability to send meds to the correct location. We do not live in Tacoma.

I've met Dr. Chen once so far and it was a good appointment. She listens and explains things really well. She lets you know different options. She doesn't want to overprescribe me on medications. And it's pretty comfortable for me to talk to her about stuff that I don't like talking about. And she definitely makes sure you are an educated patient!
