Finally, a doctor who truly listened and wanted to hear my symptoms and concerns. Dr Herrera was real, transparent, and spoke to me like a friend. He took his time and voiced his thoughts out loud during our dialogue combining expertise, thoroughness and logic. This was exactly what I need to trust a doctor again - especially at this point with my chronic condition. The whole experience was very humanizing. I have white coat syndrome, but I found it very easy to communicate with Dr. Herrera. He somehow speaks my language.

It was an extremely busy day. I had a 1:00 appointment and didn't get in until 2:15. By that time he had seen over 40 patients. He was still very calm and ready to take the time needed for me. It was an extremely pleasant experience.
