I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Pardo. He’s knowledgeable, direct, and takes the time to communicate thoroughly. He did a tremendous job with my surgery, and has been diligent in his follow up with me since then. I feel fortunate to have him as my surgeon and would recommend him to anyone without reservation.

I have been a patient of Dr. J. Michael Pardo for over 10 years. He is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. I have a complex ear and sinus history, and whenever I visit Dr. Pardo, whether for a routine checkup, a sinus or ear infection, or some other problem, I know that I am receiving the best of care. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Pardo to all my family and friends.

He went out of his way to help Brittany Routh, my wonderful physical therapist, deal with my vertigo even though I have an aneurysm. He reviewed the pictures and carefully discussed the best way to handle my situation. I am so pleased with the result, and with the relief!!!

I found my experience with Dr. Pardo to be excelle. I was surprised to read revirews that describe him as being disinterested or having poor bedside manners. He took care of a persistent sinus infection and performed surgery. My problem was solved and he couldnot have been nicer.

Dr. Pardo has supported me during a trying and lengthy illness. He's been very kind to both me and my husband. He always takes time to answer questions and explore options. Highly recommend. Great doctor and well run office.

Dr. Pardo was amazing! Our son had a history of strep throat/scarlet fever multiple times within one year. We saw a few Drs with Annapolis ENT, and while they all are great, Dr Pardo took his time with our son and really explained things to us. At the time our son was 2 and wasn't a big fan of drs, but every time we saw Dr. Pardo, he always got to my son's level and would even make dinosaur noises with him (which also helped open his mouth to see his tonsils!) Also did his surgery and was great!

His interest in getting me out of his office was far greater than his interest in listening to the problem I wanted to consult him about. Works for him, I guess -- he gets paid regardless, so why make the effort to actually troubleshoot a patient's problem? Very disappointing.

Saw Dr. Pardo post surgery for initial debridement d/t regular physician being out of the office. Very poor bedside manner. Do not normally prioritize bedside manner too high (IMO: skill/expertise >> bedside manner) and would still characterize his as extremely poor. Had to follow up months later w/regular doctor to get nose cauterized d/t initial debridement. Would not recommend at all. Could be different with his regular patients, though.
