Dr Paredes is amazing!
Dr Paredes performed emergency surgery in the middle of the night on my mother in 2015. He literally saved her life. My sister and I waited patiently for any news at all. He came looking for us immediately after the surgery to explain every step in detail and what we would need to do going forward. I stayed with my mom day and night for two weeks, so I got to know everyone on the team very well. Every follow up visit from him was very polite and educational. If every doctor was like this, the world would be a better place. I should have left this review years ago, but I’m just finding out about this site. 5 Stars plus!

This doctor saved my life 8 years ago. I was rushed to Lafayette General Hospital and he was the doctor in duty. He made my children so comfortable while he nurse me back on my feet. We love you Dr. Paredes and thank you.

My wife had to have her gallbladder removed. Dr. Paredes has wonderful bedside manner. He stays there and explains what is needed and why it is needed. He spends as much time as you need in order to feel comfortable with your procedure.

my experience with Dr. Paredes and his staff was excellent. He gained my trust from the first visit. He was/is very thorough. Dr. Paredes and his staff is/was very welcoming, I felt that when i called the office to make the appointment, before meeting them. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a general surgeon. thanks Dr. Paredes, i really appreciate your services.
