Rushed, impersonal, facing the door
Dr. Andreano was in the exam room with me for less than a minute, and in that time I had to ask her not to leave so I could ask a question. Is she trying to squeeze in as many people as possible, or what? She had her back to me, ready to go out the door, most of the time she was talking to me. I’m writing this in the parking lot because I’m so stunned at the lack of care I received. Please don’t see her if you are worried about something that could actually be dangerous and needs thorough examination.

Excellent Visit!
Dr. Andreano was friendly and professional. She was efficient in her exam and helped me with my issues. We saw her in the Avon office. Her staff members were helpful and friendly. I would recommend her and this office!

1 star is too much
Never again! She needs reported to the state medical board. Doesn’t look at or talk to you. Did a full body skin assessment in approximately 15 seconds and didn’t even check chest or buttocks area, etc. Literally runs in and runs out without discussion of any kind. Even when I was there with anxiety and having a skin biopsy taken)It’s absolutely ridiculous!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PHYSICIAN. Office staff and MA were wonderful!

Worst Dermatologist ever!
Do yourself a favor and find a different Dr. I wish I had read the reviews first. She’s extremely impersonal and super rushed. I had anxiety when she came in feeling like I had to hurry up and get all my questions out. She had one foot in the door and one out. I basically told her what was wrong and she just agreed and gave me an ointment that was pointless. I never picked it up. She did a body scan that was a joke. I have done better ones on myself. Now I have to find another Dr. to do it all over again and hopefully find a Dr. who cares and takes time to help you.

MOM'S SAVEUR
I've moved back home to care for mu Mom who just celebrated her 87th B-Day. 18 months ago I noticed an unusual spot on Mom's arm. Being a caretaker, I knew it didn't look normal. The staff were very accommodating. Dr. Judith made sure to not scare Mom, and made her relaxed & gives you a true feeling of trust & confidence. I've recommended Dr. Judith to my Mom's friend who has told me how much she trust Dr. Judith.

I was very disappointed with my appointment with Dr. Andreano. She was rushing through my short time in the clinic. She did not not document spots and lesions on a body chart like most dermatologist. So wouldn't know if "spots" got worse in next visit. I was shocked at how hurried she was treating me. I definitely would not recommend Dr. Andreano to anyone.

I honestly wish that I had read the reviews r.e. Dr. Andreano before my appointments. I have never felt like such a slab of meat, rushed through and honestly not screened thoroughly for skin lesions. Additionally, she did not speak directly to me, only to the medical assistant to chart information. I had 2 lesions on my back that were photographed and biopsied, but not shown to me until I asked to see them and have it explained to me. The doctor had already run out of the room, so I had to ask the medical assistant to explain it to me. The biopsies came back as basal cell (surface skin) cancers that needed to be excised. The scheduler attempted to schedule me on two different days to excise the lesions for insurance reasons!! The reason??? More money! No regard for my time, travel expenses and two recoveries. UNBELIEVABLE!! Never again!

I have been a patient of Dr. Andreano for many years, and highly recommend her as a doctor. However, once she merged with Dermatology Partners the service has gone downhill. Recently I made an appointment with one of her partners, and after driving 1/2 hour to the appointment and waiting 1/2 hour I was told that the scheduler had made a mistake when scheduling, and the person who could resolve the issue was in a meeting, and thus they could not see me. The staff was very rude and uncaring about the inconvenience. I even talked to the office manager and explained how I had taken the day off work to get my skin condition looked at...and would have made an apt. elsewhere if I knew I could not be seen. The office manager simply said "well, we don't require you to take time off work to see us." What ?!? That is when I decided it was time to find another doctor, unfortunately. When I later called and asked them to have Dr. Adreano give me a call, they said she won't make phone calls.

Dr. Andreano was very rushed. She acted like she knew what she was doing, but she told me what she was going to do instead of explaining it and asking me if I wanted to proceed. I had two moles removed for biopsy. She didn't explain to me how she was going to remove them or what to expect afterwards. I have never had any removed prior to this and I don't think these needed removed. Cost was never discussed and I am not impressed with the $500 bill I received in the mail. I do have insuran

I saw her in the Sandusky office for the first time in 2017 for something on my face. I'm sure the "exam" was less than one minute. It was more of an observation. She removed the thing on my face, sent me home with a brochure. I was so unhappy with the exam that I was going to cancel my followup visit this year, but my family Dr wanted a spot on my back checked out, so I kept the appt. Again, another 60 sec "exam." No more quickie appts for me. Switching to a Dr for real patient care.

My first visit with Dr. Andreano and I couldn't be happier. I was incorrectly diagnosed/treated in 2015 and walked around with a hideous growth on my nose, until today! Dr. Andreano removed that thing, and sent it out to be examined. I wish I would have seen her the first time I had it checked out.

So happy I am now gone from seeing her! She's in a huge rush and so is her nurse. She fits as many people in a day as she can so she can just make the $$$ and spend no time. Please never go here! I wouldn't trust her. So glad I waited many months to get into a dr at the Cleveland clinic. What a different and great experience. Her practice should be shut down!

The examination was fast and not very thorough, bedside manner is poor, response to questions sounded flippant. I had a small dark freckle on my leg that was tested and returned to have a larger area removed. Stitches were removed before wound was completely healed. Wound opened and resulted in a large scar.
