Front Office Staff a Mess
It’s bad enough arriving and being told the doctor is running late and not being told how long and getting an attitude about it from the front office staff… but to then listen to them disparage other patients and complain about questions patients have and concerns they would like handled is absolutely unacceptable. Dr. Braddy-Roberts is fantastic, but her office staff is unprofessional. One hour later and I am still waiting to get in for my appointment.

She spends most of visits writing her notes on the computer and talks less with the patient. As a doctor, she should learn to value her patients’ time as well. She has no cultural competence whatsoever. Demeaned my culture and spoke very rude to me when I asked her a question about whether the medication is something she recommends.

I'm not at all happy with Dr Roberts she and her office staff have not regard for patience time or follow through with care. Dr. Roberts has chosen to work part time in the office at the expense of patience care. Just to attempt to see the Doctor the office staff with kept you on hold for 10 minutes only to take a message and attempt to get a return call from the the Doctor. This is no work to run a Doctor's office Good Luck with you Business Career.

We have united healthcare and moved last year to FL from CO. We had a hard time finding a primary care provider that could see us within 3-4 months. We found this office, and they said they had July apts available and were excited. We made the apts and have been waiting to see the doctor. It seems in Florida the offices need to do a meet and greet before any care can actually happen- like a initial physical. This office sent us all this initial paperwork to fill out to take to the apt. We fill

I have been a patient of Dr Roberts since she opened up on Veterans. She is an amazing doctor with an outstanding staff. I have never had a problem with anything when seeing her. She is very understanding and never makes me feel rushed. I've been to a couple of doctors here in Columbus and she is the best. I've sent my friends to see her with it any worries that they wouldn't love her also. Laura Robinson

I have no problem with Dr Braddy-Roberts, however I am totally dissatisfied with her front office staff, especially the receptionist (Wes). He is not professional or friendly and is disrespectul, rude, and not confidential with personal information. He has always been very short and rude on the phone, and is worse when actually going into the office. From past experience, I have no trust or confidence in the nurse practioner's diagnosis. hate leaving Dr. Robets, but must due to the front office

Dr Roberts is an exceptional physician. She listens without making you feel rushed. She doesn't argue with you when you describe what is going on with your own body like doctors sometimes do. I have been going for over a year now and I trust her enough to take my children there as well.
