We had to wait a month for an appt for my mom. Both my brother and I took time off from work. On the day of the appointment, I drove an hour to meet my mom only to have the doctor’s office call me an hour before the appt to cancel. The excuse was that the doctor was on call and had to go in to the hospital! I asked the receptionist if she was kidding? Why wouldn’t you call me sooner? Also why would you have office hours if you are on call? The reception put me on hold then came back and hung up on me! This practice is a joke. They have no regard for their patient’s time. They are greedy and self serving. They have the nerve to call me two hours later saying that in need to reschedule. Get a clue! We will not be back and also don't recommend this practice to anyone!

"Julie Ciardullo is amazing. Aside from being a fantastic doctor, she goes above and beyond in ways I haven't seen since I was a kid and doctors made house calls. Some doctors seem to resent even answering a question via email and want me to miss a half day of work just to ask a question. Julie found out I was having trouble getting my insurance approved with the hospital and jumped in to help, not just for her, but for another doctor, too. When we didn't succeed, she found a memory study where I could have the same tests done. Amazing. She actually cared and took her time to help."
