Drive by exam
FORT MILL, SC Exam lasted no more than four minutes. Came in for a wart removal, froze it off. After five days, the wart hasn’t even begun to change. Called back, it will cost another office visit. She doesn’t stand behind her own work. That was the most important reason for my first time patient visit. As I reflect, she definitely had a time quota to meet. Drive by exam and she was off and running to the next exam. The MOST important thing on my new patient form was my wart. After five days and no change, she wants me to come in for $35 and bill my insurance another $215.

Knowledgeable Doctor - Rushed Appointments
The doctor is part of the Advanced Dermatology network. Appointments are made through a central scheduling service which seems to be outsourced overseas. I did not like this.Leading up to my appointment I received way too many appointment reminders via text and email. This was my first visit to the office. I did not wait long to be seen, so that was good. The time with the doctor was rushed. The exam was not as thorough as I have received from my former dermatologist in NY. Hopefully she did not miss anything, I feel like the full body scan was a quick glance. My prior doctor used an illuminated magnifying glass whereas Dr. Iannini used the naked eye. This is clearly a function of maximizing billing versus maximizing patient care. I wanted to love this doctor because I could tell she definitely knows her stuff.

Great visit
Had a very thorough full body scan. Dr. Iannini is now my new go to derm, very happy I found her. Took my insurance, office staff is personable and efficient. Relaxed atmosphere. Definitely 5 star establishment!

Teenage Acne
