Dr. Justin Hartke, MD

I know I was in good hands the minute I was called from the waiting room. Everybody went above and way beyond their duty. The prep nurses were very professional and when difficulty arose starting my IV, Jean reached out to another nurse and got it started. The procedure team and Lisa were also very professional and went above to make me as comfortable as possible. Before I knew it I was out and Dr. Hartke did an excellent job making sure my digestive tract was in good shape. My recovery was a bit out of the norm having difficulty breathing but the entire team worked to make me feel better. When I lost a personal item, Nurse Shelly went to above her call to find it and left a message that she did. I have and will always have the upmost gratitude to Dr. Hartke and his team and would recommend him and everybody at GI Associates. The entire staff are ASSETS to their profession.

Justin is an excellent doctor. Has great bedside manner. Listens intently to patient concerns. Everyone at G.I. Associates is great. They are all so friendly. I am so glad that I go there.

Dr. Hartke is a friendly, knowledgeable, professional provider. He explains things well and cares about your well being. The nurses, anesthetists and office staff provide great service as well!

At first I was so impressed with Dr. Hartke. He said he was going to get to the bottom of what was going on. I believed him which was dumb. He did an upper endo/ colonoscopy. Didn't find anything other than some polyps. Instead of trying something else to figure out the cause of my problems, he pushed 3 different prescriptions on me that I have to take all at different times 2-4 times a day so I can't go 3 hours without taking something and said see you in a year if you want to make an appointment then. So much for wanting to help me! Just another pill peddler that doesn't really help anything.

Receptionist and nursing staff were nice. Dr. Hartke’s bedside manner is fair. I wouldn’t recommend seeing this provider to my family and friends. He does not listen very well and seems very inexperienced. Provider delayed my treatment which made symptoms get significantly worse causing multiple hospitalizations. Berated me during one of my appointments. My physical health suffered greatly until I found another GI provider at another facility.
