Dr. Justin Ossman, MD

It’s ok to keep a me waiting for 2hours, but one one I was 10 minutes late because I was sick, throwing up in the parking lot. For this I was scolded like a child by Dr. Ossman. I asked a question about a mole I was concerned about. He told me he could take care of my nausea or look at the mole but not both on that visit because I was out of time. I was in the room with him maybe 10 minutes counting the time he was berating me. I have several issues he has been treating me for unsuccessfully. When his suggested treatment doesn’t work, it must be my fault. When I made an appointment with a different doctor for a second opinion, I didn’t have intentions of stopping seeing him, but he got upset, and he cancelled all of my prescription refills. Several times I have felt like giving you the piece of my mind that your arrogance deserved, but this last episode was the last straw for me. Mr Ossman, you are supposed to be a trained, educated professional. It’s time you learn to act like it.

Dr. Ossman is friendly and attentive. Actually listens to you, does not talk down to you. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Ossman always took the time to answer my questions. He provided the best care for me and my wife for many years! Would recommend him to any one and everyone.

Hours after surgery in the most sensitive place possible to have surgery, I reached out to Dr Ossman by phone only to be blocked by staff. Explaining to staff I was in emergency situation and needed to know whether or not I should return to the hospital since i couldnt get in touch with my urologist. Also, I had an appointment that day. The staff put me on hold indefinitely. Showing up to my appointment 1 hour early, I told the front desk guy, I see you still have me on hold. At that point he told me to put on my mask, I responded by saying I didn't have a mask with me. He showed me where one put it on immediately, then he told me I needed to wait outside,. When he saw I was complying with everything he said it made him mad, then he decided to call security, at that point I just left. I proceeded to the emergency room where I was checked in. I’ve been seeing Dr. Ossman since late 2018 and it was the best decision I’ve ever made - that’s a powerful statement, but Dr. Ossman has helped improve my quality of life so much with our treatment plans. He truly listens to my issues and problems, comes up with solutions and is willing to work to help in any way I need. I’ve never had a more amazing doctor that makes me feel truly cared for. He’s so energetic and truly shows how knowledgeable he is in every session. I highly, highly recommend him to anyone in need of a PCP. I’m very glad I chose him.

Love..love. Dr. Ossman but his staff...oh my. Dont call you back. Was suppose to have an MRI no one has called to schedule. I've called twice and no one has called. I have appt. with Ossman next week. He needs to talk to them. It's very unprofessional. Getting irritated.

Dr Ossman is a wonderful doctor. My experience on my vitiations is always a pleasant one.

Dr Ossman is very personable and I think is a good doctor. My issue is not with Dr Ossman, but his staff. They do not follow through with the patient and communications are terrible. Forget about return phone calls, it will not happen. The only way to get an answer or status update is to go to the office and complain. For example, I have been waiting on a referral for 8 weeks. I am changing doctors and if communication and follow through is important to you, I suggest looking for another doctor

I just had my first visit today with Dr. Ossman and wanted to come home and write him a stellar review! He was a really sweet doctor that showed great care and concern for me. He really took the time to talk to me and was very encouraging and nonjudgmental. Would highly recommend Dr. Ossman.

He is so nice!!! I’ve only had a few visits with him since on my new insurance. I had a brain tumor removed, and a second brain surgery because of an infection from the first one. He discovered a brain hemorrhage after the second surgery, which my own neuro surgeon missed, that was causing severe muscle convulsions. In my appointments he’s always been truthful, very respectfully, and doesn’t lie to you like other doctors. That’s important to me. A+++++!!!!!

Dr. Ossman is a very caring and wonderful young doctor. I found out I had diabetes and he treated me with excellent care. His young nurse is a joy to be around. I feel blessed to have a great doctor after having some bad experiences with others. Thanks Dr. Ossman.

This Doctor was very rude. I went in for a UTI and after doing the test and the results came back he had the audacity to ask if I wiped myself well? I was shocked! This was not only inappropriate, It was disrespectful and very unprofessional! Not to mention he had his nurse call me in a prescription which after taking, I found out I was allergic to it. And after contacting them about this, he had no empathy at all. He wanted me to keep taking it. I would never go back to this doctor again!

I have been a patient with Dr. Ossman about 6months. I'm impressed with his professionalism and attentiveness to each patients needs. He listens to all concerns and works with patients to provide the best care possible for any given situation. I am pleased to call Dr. Ossman my primary care provider. Dr. Ossman's nurse, Kayla is a COMPLETE DELIGHT!!! Her generous and caring spirit is beautiful and her joy is contiguous. I absolutely LOVE every visit!

The doctor was very thorough. He told me to come back in 6 weeks and any medicine refills to call and have them ready at pharmacy. I called last week and need a few prescriptions refilled after 48 hous I received a call from his nurse and let her know what needed refilled she replaced ok and she would request them and 2 days later she called to leave a voicemail about medications. Nothing has been called in as yet. I want be going back to this doctor due to poor service from his nurse

Dr. Ossman took time to listen to my questions and concerns. He was knowledgeable about past tests I had with a different doctor. He had great bedside manner. He made me feel comfortable and at ease with what was going on.

Dr. Ossman was very attentive. Made me feel very safe and he took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend him to everyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring doctor.

He does not know how to listen to my specific needs at the time of visit. He did not show any care at all. No empathy.

One of the best I've ever been to. Very good bedside manner, knowleable, fixed a problem other drs couldnt. Got me back to work!! I cant say enough about how much I love this Doctor!

Dr Ossman has been great. He listened well and asked questions about a pain issue that I had given up on after other doctors failed to resolve it. I'm thankful to have been correctly diagnosed and in good recovery following necessary surgery to fix nerve damage in my shoulder that otherwise would have continued to cause pain and further entropy in my shoulder. I'm thankful to God for him!
