The facility itself is impeccably clean and features modern equipment and amenities. What particularly stood out was Dr. Ravi's personal approach – she took the time to discuss the procedure results with me directly afterward. The staff provided comprehensive discharge instructions, and every step of the process was handled seamlessly.As someone who has spent their career in healthcare, I'm particularly pleased to have found a Gastroenterologist I can trust completely with my care.

In my first and only visit with Dr. Ravi in late October 2023, she reviewed my medical records meticulously and questioned me in great detail on my medical history and the symptoms of concern. She listened attentively and asked further questions. I could tell from her comments that she held high expectations of herself and other physicians. The endoscopy I should have had years ago she scheduled that day for the following morning, and she performed it herself. At both her office and the surgical facility I was stunned by the compassionate attitudes of her entire staff as they performed their duties cheerfully, promptly, and very professionally. In the operating room Dr. Ravi explained exactly what she was going to do and asked me if I had any questions. Then she saw me again in the recovery room to ensure I was okay and handed me her typed post-op instructions herself. My follow-up visit was scheduled that same day, too. I've never been as impressed with a doctor before.

I took my son in to Dr. Ravi regarding stomach issues that he has been having for over 2 years. When I mentioned that he has been to other Gastro doctors she immediately cut me off and stated 'I do not do second opinions'. (When making the appointment, my son's past doctors were mentioned to the staff.) Dr. Ravi would not let me speak and continued to cut me off. I felt as though she had no regards for my son's health and had no concern to further assist us. She was very rude and disrespectful and I would never go back to her or recommend her to anyone.

Getting a referral to Dr Ravi has been a real blessing. She is thorough, committed and compassionate... no nonsense & efficient. Dr Ravi actually LISTENS rather that the typical dismissive attitude that is so prevalent down here. It's a sad truth but it's real, so finally finding someone like my PC and now Dr Ravi is a relief. I'm incredibly grateful!

Dr Ravi is determined to get to your gastrointestinal issues. She’s thorough in obtaining history and taking steps to rule out causes. She’s interested in her patients… takes time to discuss issues. I’m happy to have her on my case.

My daughter is suffering and was referred to this doctor as we are desperate for new eyes on the matter. Nope. They won't see her because they don't do "second opinions." It's policy. Never heard of such a thing. Why are you a doctor?

Dr. Ravi is awesome! She is very thorough. I ended up having to get a colonoscopy, which no one wants to do. I have to say it was amazingly pleasant! The staff is great. They made me feel comfortable and it was painless! I highly recommend Dr. Ravi and if it's time to get a colonoscopy - DO IT! Don't put it off for another minute.

I’m a new patient at Dr. Ravi’s office. We moved here from Nebraska a few years ago and it was time for my colonoscopy. Dr. Johnson my Primary Care Doctor asked me to meet with Dr. Ravi for a consult. I met with her concerning the issues I have had in the past. She listened to my concerns, asked me questions about my past history and developed a plan for me. Anyone needing a Gastroenterologist should consider her and her staff. She is a excellent communicator and so personable. Her staff is excellent and very professional. I can’t thank Dr. Johnson enough for this referral it has been a blessing.

I have had several appointments with Dr. Ravi. She diagnosed gallbladder problems and personally spoke with a surgeon to set emergency surgery up. She called me while I was in the hospital to check on me. I have needed several tests and Dr. Ravi’s staff has been professional, efficient and friendly. I can tell Dr. Ravi really cares about her patients - when I was in terrific pain before my surgery she called me many times at home. In this day and age of patients being treated so impersonally it is refreshing to be a patient of a knowledgeable, dedicated and caring doctor.

I had no clue I was having GI issues. I was referred to Dr. Ravi for a routine colonoscopy. Because RBC count was low (my regular doctor discovered), she did an endoscopy too. A couple of months of medication fixed me right up. She took time to listen, ask questions. I am saying to myself, "Don't you have something better to do?" The procedures went fine with dignity and respect. She is a very caring, competent Doctor. I look forward to my follow up appointment later this year.

Dr Ravi always spends time as needed to understand the patient's situation and /or concerns. Her staff is kind, respectful and professional, making it a pleasant experience to have procedures done!!
