So happy and thankful to have Dr. Kaitlin Heisel as my surgeon. I love her good and positive energy, as well as her empathy. It made a big difference in my treatment, to feel how much she care about what I was going through.

Dr. Heisel should have a god complex but doesn't
I saw Dr. Heisel in 2019 for emergency surgery when my intestine ruptured. I waited far too long to seek medical help, but her and her team were ready and according to other doctors I saw, "She saved your life". Her bedside manner in spite of her extraordinary skills is ever better than her skills. If I were to choose a doctor for my surgery, I couldn't come up with anyone better. In fact, a friend of mine that is also a surgeon told me that is a, "bad a$$$". Dr. Heisel lived up to all of those compliments from her peers and even exceeded them from this patient's perspective. Anyone that has a complaint about my Dr. Heisel--is probably not grounded in reality. You just can't do any better than this amazing surgeon or person in general. If she were practiced in family medicine, I'd switch to her today. May God Bless Dr. Heisel.

If you have dense breast tissue / are young, be sure to read this review. Dr. Heisel had great manners and was very kind, however led an unsuccessful surgery for me. I am 21(F) and she removed normal tissue instead of the masses in my breast. I now still have the masses, have more scar tissue, an extra scar, and missed a few weeks of work and have to pay for another surgery. I would have appreciated a refund at the minimum.

Dr. Heisel treated my husband’s deep second degree burns. He has cancer and his fingers are permanently bent; he has no feeling in his hands. Dr. Heisel admitted my husband to our local hospital and oversaw his care. I cannot day enough good things about the excellent care we received from Dr. Heisel and her R. N., Kristin. Thank you.
