Great Doc!
Dr. Schwerer recommended an awesome doc to do a procedure for me that would help a lot with some medical issues I was having. Six months later, I'm feeling much better and the surgery was a success.

Okay
Nice doctor but I feel rushed and kind of annoyed with the same questions every visit. How about just listen to me if I say no to a test do not push it! Also hard to get anyone to answer phones here . Getting a new doctor since I moved farther away.

Disappointing
Very disappointed with the poor quality of care. During an appointment I needed to discuss my anxiety/emotional eating. She said "Um, I can't really do that, but there's like a Firelands Weight Loss program." I was offended because I have a healthy weight, and her refusal to talk about mental health. My previous family doctor would always listen and have a conversation and Dr. Schwerer doesn't do that . Also, I called the office when I had severe COVID, asking what to do and what medicine to take because I have underlying chronic conditions and already many meds. The nurse suggested to take two medicines, that I later found out from my Cleveland clinic specialist, have dangerous interactions with the ones I'm already on. Dr. Schwerer didn't even care to consult my chart or understand my chronic illnesses, and I felt left out in the dark battling COVID. I cannot expect much from a doctor who wears yoga pants and t-shirts and behaves so unprofessionally.
