Dr. Kamal Nassif is been treating me for over 30 years. I feel I see the light of day because of him. He's the most caring human being. With all my eye issues all theses years I feel he has put all his knowledge and time and has helped me to maintain my vision. He's on top of my list and I'm so thankful for him.

While I have been seeing Dr. Nassif for 20+ years I will not be going back, which really saddens me. However I will not deal with the front desk staff again. Was charged a $60 copay that to be a $10 copay. Then they changed the wrong insurance company after telling them three times where they were to change. Of course it was denied, finally got that straighten out then they billed me for a procedure that is part of the insurance contract! They told me the would work it out. NOT!

My experience was terrible. First, they overbook. Second, my script was incorrect and when I called to have it fixed they could not see me. It is incredibly disorganized!
