Dr. Karen Don, MD

My visit with Dr. Don was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had at a doctor’s visit. She is very thorough and really takes the time to listen to you. She is very friendly and immediately made me feel more comfortable. I wish I had chosen her as my primary care provider from the beginning. I cannot overstate how impressed I was with the care she provided and how pleased I am with my visit.

I am so thankful that Edinger Medical Group is my provider! I was able to get in same day for an issue. My regular Dr (Dr Hembeee who I Love!) was not available but I saw Dr Don instead. She was a good listener, thorough, smart and has a great personality for providing medical care. Follow up tests were ordered and before I had driven home their team was calling me to let me know my referrals were in the system and ready to schedule Appreciate this entire medical group!

I am glad that I have chosen Dr. Don for my primary care doctor. Dr. Don is very informative, caring and has given me straight responses to my questions.

Dr. Don is my favorite doctor at the Edinger medical group! She takes time with each patient and will even take you early if she’s free. I’ve never felt rushed or lectured. Due to her popularity, you might have to make your appointment months in advance but she’s definitely worth the wait. Edinger medical group has the ability to receive text messages and will call you back asap so you don’t have to be on hold. They’ll text you too if you can’t take calls at work (I’m a teacher). All of the staff has been really nice and friendly. It’s a very calm atmosphere…except for the scale.

I feel blessed and fortunate to have found Dr. Don. I've had many doctors over the years, but none can compare with her.Usually difficult to se on short notice because of her popularity, but also very accommodating when necessary. For this past appointment, she was out of the office when I called for an appointment, but promptly made herself available upon return. She went out of her way to schedule an appointment the same day, listened to my issues, and promptly took action. Highly recommend her, as well as Edinger Medical Group to anyone in search of a primary.

I’ve been seeing Dr Don for over 20 years. Every time I see her I feel like I’m visiting an old friend. Throughout the years she shown genuine care about my health & takes the time to listen & address all my health concerns. My appts are never rushed. I feel very grateful I was able to find a Dr who I can trust & is caring

13 years ago I got H1n1 and was in ICU for three weeks. Dr Don along with the rest of Edinger group were excellent. I had may complications from H1n1, and for the next four years Karen Don took a vested interest in making sure I got back to normal. Fast forward to 2024 and I am doing great, lung functions are good every other complications are under control. Dr. Dons bedside manners puts you at ease the minute she walks thru the door.My family and I can’t thank her enough for all that she has done over the last 15 years. Truly one of the best!
