After reading reviews and recommendations, I went to Dr. Karson Howard. After doing a thorough assessment of my ankle, foot, leg and pain level, he ordered an MRI. The MRI revealed a tendon tear. We discussed alternative therapies. I decided surgery was the best course of action for me. Dr. Howard was kind, informative, and gave thorough explanations of the surgery, post surgical care and my responsibilities as a patient to care for myself for optimal healing. I would highly recommend Dr. Howard

I saw Dr. Howard in Jackson, WY. I had foot pain, and after an x-ray, he diagnosed me with a broken sesamoid. He wrapped my foot and told me to wrap it for 6 weeks, and to take ibuprofen. After 6 weeks, the foot still hurt. I went to see an orthopedic doctor in town who looked at my posture, my walk, and my stance. She said my bunion was causing pain, along with flat feet and weak ankles. Said x-ray didn't look like a fracture. Gave me appropriate shoe inserts. Pain went away, no pain since.
