5 of 5 if you don't have to work with his staff
Dr. Memon is hands down the most amazing provider. I would trust him with any of my family members and found him to be kind, considerate, and professional. In general, he seemed to really want to work hard to fix things for my father and wanted to make things better for our family. He understands the dynamics that come with long term care and what happens when elderly family members suddenly become sick. I was a huge fan of his until he brought on a NP to do some of his work and that person was our primary contact. He didn't resonate as well with us and it felt like we being politely asked to find someone less busy. At this same time Dr. Memon's MA became difficult to work with as well. I'm sure Dr. Memon wears a million hats and can't be everywhere at once. We considered ourselves very lucky to have him as our doctor while we did and will always be grateful to him for what he did for our dad.

Doctor Memon treated me in the hospital. I was very sick with pneumonia and came in through the emergency room. I have been hospitalized for pneumonia many years in a row. Because of my medical history, Doctor Memon made every effort to figure out why I had this reoccurring problem. I went through several tests to determine if I was aspirating my food or water. He set me up with an appointment, after I was discharged, to make sure my pneumonia was truly improving. He had me get a follow-up x-ray and set up another follow-up appointment. He has been kind, thorough and professional. His staff are great! I couldn't ask for anything more. Fantastic!!!

Dr. Memon is by far the best Doctor I've ever seen! He saved my life after dealing with a severe bout of meningitis and continues to show sincere concern about my condition and how I am doing on my monthly follow up visits. In addition to the doctor, his entire staff is so pleasant to be serviced by. From the front desk to his assistant, ALL are so great and it's clear Dr. Memon has an influence on how to treat people on down through his staff. Love this office!

Majority of doctors today come to the exam room with a computer and most of the time they are looking at the screening, typing the conversation or checking the boxes with minimal eye contact or "true attention" to the patient. Doctor Memon never brings a computer with him. He gives his complete attention to the patient and also gives patients ample time to convey their concerns. Plus, he has great bedside manners and diagnostic skills. I really like his approach to patient care.

I don't know where to start. I was very sick and in the hospital my back doctor told me I needed a infectious disease specialist because I got a real bad disease. Dr.Memon came in explained everything. The aftercare is the best he make sure you leave his office understanding everything. It's going to be a slow healing process but at least I have the best Doctor and Nurse helping me through this. Kimberly Duncan
