I have a yearly face to face visit and quarterly phone consultations. I rarely wait at all for scheduled appointments and I think the Most I've waited is 10 minutes or so. We also communicate via secure email. She is very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns that come up between consults. In terms of results, through her treatment I went from being a true "couch potato" covered in blankets due to fatigue and being cold all the time to working out 4 days a week and being able to hike the trails in Tennessee where we live again! I could not be more satisfied with her knowledge, treatment, and professionalism.

Dr Kasha is very very well versed in her field. She's friendly and will be honest with you. I am here for weight loss and have lost 15 pounds since mid-June. It is quite a commitment, but when you realize that she heals you from inside-out using hormones you know this is a healthy weight loss, not just pounds gone. I highly recommend her.
