Went to Dr. Cronin at the Durham VAMC for left big toe pain that became infectious and later gangrenous over a 6 week period. She was indifferent, incompetent and unethical. I went across the street to Duke University Hospital and within 72 hours I was diagnosed and treated. Because of Dr. Cronin my left big toe had to be amputated! Do not go to her if you want your toes/feet.
