Dr. Kelly Chun, MD

Dr Chun is compassionate, highly interested in her patients well being and a very good listener. If you require psychiatric care, you can not do better! My wife has been under the care of many physicians over the years. I feel lucky that we found Dr Kelly Chun. Dr Chun if you read this, please know I appreciate the attention provided to my wife.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chun's for over a decade, and she has always been there to help with my mental health struggles. She takes the time to find the best method of treatment, taking all of the variables of my life into account. I cannot recommend her enough.

I have been with Dr. Chun for several years and she has never been anything but professional. I suffer from depression and anxiety. There have been 2 instances where I was in a very bad state and had I not had her I would probably still be in bed crying.. In reading some of the other reviews I feel she was misjudged.. There are people in this world who LOVE to complain and never have anything positive to say about anything or anyone.

I have a high stress job, long commute and a family. I was looking for a doctor who could relate to my situation and be able to prescribe a treatment that worked well for me. Dr. Chun listens closely to my updates and discusses any changes in my professional and family life which might affect how I should be treated. She is upbeat, courteous, sincere, and really listens to me. I receive a reminder telephone call two to three days before each appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Chun.

Excellent Doctor and Compassionate Christian Dr. Kelly Chun has been my doctor for many years. She is Absolutely the Best Doctor that I have ever had. She knows her field of Physiatry and medications very well. She listens to every word I say each time that I visit. She is understanding and comforting as well. Outside of office hours, she returns calls twice each day. She is always available for me. Furthermore, she is a devout Christian who has been given exceptional wisdom by God. She uses her wisdom in the treatment of her patients. She reminds me that God is with me always and that I am a child of Christ. Dr. Chun lovingly encourages me through her humble manner and love of God. She will pray with me if I ask. She is not only my psychiatrist but my therapist too. Dr Chun is an excellent psychiatrist! I have been a patient of hers for over a decade. She consistently asks how I am, how everything is going, if I have had any life changes, and if I am having any problems with my medications. She always listens to me. She asks further questions to make sure I am proactive and fully involved in all decisions regarding my care. She is very compassionate and truly cares about her patients.

Dr. Chun is imminently qualified but also approachable. I have been seeing her for almost a year. I was extremely depressed and felt hopeless following the unexpected death of my husband of 37 years. Dr. Chun was recommended by my therapist when the antidepressant prescribed by my primary care physician was inadequate to meet my needs. After a few tweaks to the medications she prescribed we found the right combination for me and I feel more like myself again.

I called for a new patient appointment. I was asked a few questions, symptoms, any diagnosis', medications. I was told they wanted to make sure Dr. Chun was a good fit for what I had going on and what I needed which was nice because I've been to Doctors before who were definitely not a good fit for me. They were quicker to get me in compared to other psychiatrists in the area. Upon meeting Dr. Chun, she spent an hour with me, listened and was very knowledgeable and kind.

Dr Chun, is a excellent Dr. I have been seeing her for many years. I can’t explain how I was feeling before going to her. She changed my life and for that I am truly grateful! If your looking for someone who is very kind and willing to listen, she is your Dr!
