Needs to retire
First off, she was on her phone ordering food when I came in. Started looking over my history and was talking to my Mom and when she found out she had retired early, wanted to know how much she had in 401k when she did. Did not address my concerns and when I started to get frustrated , she told me I seemed a little testy. Did very little on a physical checkup and what she did do was done from the chair in the corner I was sitting in. Ordered lab work, and to this day, 5 months later, has not opened up the results. Also in her notes she keeps referring to me as the opposite sex . Very unprofessional and would not recommend her to anyone. Would have given her zero stars if it had been possible.

Dr. Trygg is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. She listens to your concerns and explains to you so you can understand the diagnosis and treatment. She cares for her patients and involves them in the treatment plan which is best for their issue. She does not rush your visit time until she has acknowledged all your concerns. She goes out of her way to make her patients feel comfortable and at ease. I'm fortunate to have found her after a friend recommended her. Both my husband and I see her and we both truly adore her and her staff. We feel blessed to have her as our physician.

I’ve been seeing Dr Trygg for a couple months now and she is the real deal. She takes time to ask questions AND LISTENS to you answers. Between her and nurse Angie, they’re a power duo! I was having some physical and mental issues, they heard me and treated me how I needed to be treated. I’m feeling a lot better today. I highly recommend Dr Trygg if your looking for a doc that cares and listens, and treats you accordingly.????

Dr Trygg and her staff are the very best. Everyone there is friendly and Dr. Trygg actually takes time to listen to you. I have been seeing her for 4 years now and love her to death! Her nurse - Joleen is also the greatest there is.

This practice is a complete disaster. Two weeks in a row I had an appointment with Kelly Trygg. Both times they called and cancelled same day because she is an idiot. Their manager seemed to find humor in it. I would NEVER go to this practice. They are a bunch of unprofessional morons and fair warning, they DO NOT CARE.
