Dr. Zach provided Miracle relief installing lumbar neurostimulator for my 85year old mother. Dr. Zach and staff very patiently listened and fine tuned the device to allow my mother the pain relief she needed to gain better quality of life, thank you Dr. Zach for your high quality Health Care.

The doctor did not spend enough time on assessment and evaluation. How can a doctor diagnose your problem without examining your back and assess your ability to sit, stand, walk and lift your legs? The appointment seemed extremely rushed and it didn’t seem like he really wanted to talk to me as a patient. He seemed more interested in knowing where I came from. He talked to me like I was stupid & uneducated and didn't take me and my pain seriously. Also: See you for 3 minutes in the examining room, talk about your nationality and charge you almost 500 dollars for the office visit!!!

Good explanation of what to expect during the epidural, especially when some unpleasant aspects would occur. The procedure seemed to go quickly and proficiently.

Dr Zach does not prescribe medication for the best of his patience he prescribes for his reputation with the state. He gave me one option for medication when I told him it wasn't working he only wanted to up the dose when I told him I wanted to change medications he told me you have chronic pain nothing will cure your pain. I confirmed with other pain doctors that he was prescribing for himself so he looked good with his reputation with the state he did not care about me one bit I would never suggest him and tell everybody to stay away . People with chronic pain deserve to be treated with respect not abused by doctors like this who are only out for themselves.

Arrived not knowing I had to wait additional 30 minutes in chair before I left. Glad I did as I felt a little wobbly!!

While I will agree he has a good bedside manner. There was little interest in my care, procedures always felt rushed and I paid the price, am still paying the price for his mistakes.

I was a patient of his for over a year. We had lost our insurance and I only had medicaid I went in for my appointment, everything was fine until he came in and told me he could help me, he ran out of ideas, well everything was while I had insurance then just dumped. Could help and was helping but change in insurance then there was nothing more he could do.

Very thorough. Took time to explain with me possible procedure(s).

I saw him today and he spent a lot of time with me questioning my symptoms and explaining the treatment plan. I felt very comfortable with him

The entire staff is awesome. Dr. Zack is exceptionally attentive and thoughtful in his approach. I've been seen regularly for several years with an odd idiopathic painful parkinsonism/neuro disorder that seems to be evolving.

Dr Zach finally gave me my life back. I have suffered for 24 years with a headache and with his help it is gone. Him and his staff are amazing. They are all so friendly. My only regret is I didn't find out about him sooner.

Simple procedure messed up.

I had been given the runaround by so many doctors for my knee pain. I was in tears and ready to just give up. I was referred to Dr. Zach and I was so frustrated. I didn't want to just treat pain. I wanted to fix what was wrong. He was a blessing from the first minute I went to his office. Everyone is so helpful and he actually took the bull by the horns and got referrals to all the places I needed so I could finally get answers. He's compassionate and easy to talk with, even when you're crying out of pain and frustration.
