Administrative response
Costco called for two months to get a prescription renewed. I had to ask Costco for the number because I could not get it (all their numbers posited are for his old company or not correct). Also, we had an issue with billing. The number on their bill is their collection company and not a billing person. We just paid it out of frustration. He cured my IBS and this had been bothering me for years. I'm so happy! The front desk is busy and he was pretty casual. He followed up with a call though and I was grateful it didn't require steeper measures.

You can NEVER get anybody on the phone at this office and when you leave a message they don't call you back, extremely frustrating. If you want to cancel an appointment it is a night mare. Dr. Yeh is OK but I think I want to look for another doctor as I am too frustrated by the office.

In person, Dr. Yeh is ok. But, I had to argue with him by phone to get further testing when test results came back negative and I still had pain. Then, when there were positive results and family history involved, he was not interested in pursuing an aggressive path for my condition. He wanted to monitor. UGH! Plus, he did not inform his staff after telling me by phone he would follow up. That was my job. And, getting records sent from his office to another office took 4 phone calls.
