Unfortunately had the most unpleasant experience with Dr.Alleyne's office. Needed quick consultation regarding my left knee torn meniscus and help to schedule a surgery. August 3rd on my first appointment to see and speak with doctor for about 5 minutes, i ended up waiting for 1,5-2 hours. After that i was scheduled for the surgery on August 25th and was promised to be called regarding all details about time and transportation later. Never had been contacted back. Instead i had to blow up the

Dr. Alleyne, is a very caring, capable Dr. I had him repair both of my knees with incredible success. The only complaint I have of him, is that I hadn't heard of him sooner. His office staff is also very helpful, professional, but also friendly. I do however wish he would get a coffee pot in his S. Windsor office. As I am an older patient, I am not easily impressed. This gentleman is the real deal.

Pompous He is the worst doctor I have ever been to. He let my bones heal misaligned and didn't care. He must have known I would suffer excruciating pain disability and deformity the rest of my life because of his failure to treat me correctly. I have since met 3 other patients that suffered the same fate at his hands.

Dr Alleyne is an affable, caring doctor during the times I have seen him but I am extremely disappointed w/the staff that schedule his appointments. Sometimes takes 4-6x of calling to even get an appt. I was cancelled on for 1 appt, rescheduled, was called 2 days before appt, was asked to move it a SECOND time, said I couldn't, was told I'd get call back, then got vm, email & text confirming the original appt, I showed up and Dr wasn't in. No accountability by staff scheduling app
