Dr Fretwell is very professional with a wonderful bedside manner … he explained everything he was about to do during my biopsy procedure.

I could tell that Dr. Fretwell is an amazing doctor. He explains the situations well and he has an awesome bedside manner. The reason for my low rating is the staff. I chose not to go to their office(s) anymore because during my first and second visit, the receptionist (Spanish lady with blonde hair) was arrogant and condescending. I felt that I was being discriminated. Too bad because my doctor spoke highly of Dr. Fretwell. It is quite difficult to get a proper schedule in my experience but I do understand because of the pandemic. It kept getting pushed through and no proper instructions were given to me for my visit and I got “blamed” for it. Mildred was nice but nothing else that could be done to make me feel at ease coming to their office.
