request a return to work form
Telehealth
I just had a visit with him 10 am this morning. I was cut short when he stated he read through my messages and didn’t want to help me or consider my situation in providing me with a return to work form from my eyebrow transplant. Although Kaiser clearly state “yes I can request a doctors note even if I did not get a procedure done at Kaiser from my physician”. He had a sassy attitude stating “ your asking the wrong person, your asking the wrong doctor”. He skids not ask of my current state considering I have a job that may need a return to work slip. See that I am experiencing symptoms that are expected from recovery of an eyebrow transplant. He just said contact the surgeon because he won’t help me with the return to work form, yet I was told by his coworker Sarah Glavin in a case where I can not get a form from the surgeon I then can call back and ask a physician. This has been the most dreadful experience with Kaiser . Kenneth Leone and Sarah Glavin thumbs down.

I found Dr. Leong to be really Inquisitive and thoughtful. He seems very knowledgeable but I also appreciated that he pulled up a research study to help us make a decision about my care. It made me feel involved and he explained things in a way I really understood. Two thumbs up!

Nice guy. However, he likes to take a "wait and see approach" or refer you to another physician regarding all things important to you or serious in nature. Not a decision0-maker. Not an interventionist. Not one to think outside the box or practice his craft creatively. He typically sees a patient every eight minutes so what can you expect concerning the quality of care he provides? In short....just not a very effective physician.
