Dr. Wen made me feel totally at easy while throughly explaining information regarding my illness.

Dr. Wen was the best, spent a lot of time with me, communicated very clearly, one of the best experiences I’ve had at a doctor.

Dr Wen is simply the best! He is comforting, he listens, and explains everything in great detail. He makes you feel comfortable in what would otherwise be a scary situation. 5 Gold Stars. Thank you Dr Wen.

Dr. Wen explains procedures clearly so understand what it intels. Dr. Wen was very patient and did not make you feel rushed. Extremely knowledgeable and caring.

Dr Wen is an awesome cardiologist. He takes his time to explain your diagnosis and is very good at communication skills. He is very receptive to questions you may have and spends time to answer them. I have several family members that are his patients and another member scheduled to see him. He is caring and makes you feel very comfortable.

As always, Dr Wen explains everything clearly, asks questions AND listens and treats you as a whole person. He is personally interested in how well you are doing, asking about your life and did you get to do a trip or other special project.His bedside manner is Aplus. We fear most what we dont understand and Dr Wen makes sure you know what to expect and you can ask again if you need to.

I had an appt yesterday for my special needs brother at 12:50 pm. They called me at 10:15 asking if I could come anytime before 11:30. I left work , got home and got my brother ready. I called them (I was on hold during my entire drive from Fountain Valley), and let them know we were on our way. I checked in at exactly 11:33 (our first time there so I had to find the place). We sat there in waiting room while other patients came and went. 40 mins later, we were the last waiting so I asked the receptionists if we would be called soon. They went in back to check and someone else came out and said “you were told to come BEFORE 11:30, so now you have to wait until your original appt time”Are you kidding me?!?!? So now after all this, they want my challenged (& hungry) brother to have to wait another 50 mins in waiting rm to even begin a 3-4 hr procedure?!? I was 3 mins late for an appt YOU changed at last min! SHAME ON YOU! You weren’t even telling me until I asked! So disrespectful!

I received no information prior to the procedure, and only at the day of the procedure learned that their were dietary restrictions for 4 hours before having it

I have been a patient of Dr. Wen for a few years and couldn’t be happier with his treatment of me. He is kind and caring, but more importantly, he is very knowledgeable and experienced. He takes time to really get to know you and spends a good amount of time talking to you during each appointment. So many other doctors try to get you in and out quickly so they can move on to the next patient. I feel very blessed to have Dr. Wen as my cardiologist and highly recommend him to others.

Dr. Kenneth Wen at PCA is the best cardiologist! He is attentive, knowledgable and kind. He listens to my concerns and addresses them carefully. I feel taken care of and know I'm in good hands. I highly recommend Dr. Wen! Just amazing!

To get an appt with Dr. Wen is incredibly difficult; it took 49 minutes for someone to answer the phone. I almost gave up. Glad I didn’t because Dr. Wen proved to be a great physician… he listened, he took written notes; asked questions and left no stone unturned as he made preliminary diagnoses. Tests were prescribed and the journey to mending seems possible.

Although it took 2 months to get in to see a doctor, when I did, Dr. Wen was very detailed in what was going on and provided steps to move forward. He did more than my General Practitioner and called with results the day after my appointment. I appreciate his thoroughness.

I thought long and hard about how I feel about Dr. Wen. It all boils down to “confidence”. I have confidence in Dr. Wen! This means the world to me! He has helped me develop a plan that I can be involved with and this plan sets me at ease. I “know” that Dr. Wen has helped me to develop a plan for success! You cannot place a value on this confidence. I appreciate Dr. Wen and his treatment of my heart abnormality. I work hard to maintain my “program” and this sets me at ease. This means the world to me! Thank you Dr. Wen!

Ive had nothing but the best experiences with him, I'm sure he intervened and told me facts about my health that totally benefitted the quality of my life. Great doctor.

I was on hold for an hour, front desk hung up on me. I called back was on hold for another hour and half before someone transfer the call, then I was on hold another hour, still hung up on me. Something is wrong with their phone system. I have been calling for two days, still unable to make appointment.

Explained every step in advance and expected sensations. On schedule and supportive

Made the switch to Dr. Wen from another cardiologist. The experience was a 180 degree improvement as he has a calming presence and good bedside manner while tackling such a serious issue. Would recommend to anyone.
