Dr. Kenneth Wong, MD

Terrible doctor. Zero stars. Negative stars. Run away from this person. Nasty, rude, judgmental. He will immediately try to misdiagnose you and give you a bunch of meds. Saw my results and said they were incongruent with his off the cuff misdiagnosis. Refused to check husband and said, “it’s you” within first ten minutes in his ridiculous star wars themed office. Talk about lack of professionalism. I ask please that everyone with similar negative experiences report him to Kaiser. How can our health and well-being be entrusted to such a horrible excuse for a doctor!! If I wanted someone to tell me what they feel Im experiencing I should have paid a tarot card reader. Much more fun and probably even more accurate. Shame on Kaiser.

Horrible. If I could leave no stars I would. I am appalled by the treatment I have received by Dr Wong as I battle infertility. He lacks empathy, has no respects for his patients, and has horrible communication.

He has no empathy whatsoever, doesn't care and refused to do my iui on the day of my insemination for no fault of mine. I was scheduled for 9am and got there at 8.45am and he refused to even talk to me. He is so unprofessional.

Dr. Wong spent less than 15 minutes with my husband and me. During that time he gave me the grimmest news possible. He went off a test result that was three years old. He asked very few questions. All he focused on was that one test result. He then pushed hard for IVF. Bottom line is that I got a very bad vibe from this man. It seemed to be all about grim statistics and money. Now it is two years later, and I now have a beautiful baby girl, all without IVF and Dr. Wong.

Really does not care for treating challenging cases such a male infertility. Will deter you to go straight for IVF. Will give you your numbers and tell you that the outcome is worse. Google your numbers tp be sure. He is uncaring and lacks empathy.
