If there was a minus 1 rating, that would be too high for this man. He operated on me when he practiced on Whidbey Island- and told me that he attended Oxford University. I had an outpatient procedure that went poorly- followed by a week in the hospital without Dr. Koo checking in. No skill and no compassion, along with misrepresenting himself. I am one of FOUR people on the Island who have had terrible, long lasting outcomes from this incompetent & heartless person. Beware.
