Doesn't care - makes you feel small
Dr Celestin (she doesn't go by Dr Lewis) does not care about her patients. They are numbers to be worked through. Her first answer is her only answer and she will not do any digging whatsoever. After about 3 years of never being listened to, I have switched providers. It's unfortunate because I'm going from a 10 minute drive to over 30 minutes, but her care is entirely unacceptable.The final straw was when I asked for a very simple test to rule out one of the possibilities for something I've been trying to figure out for almost a decade. I didn't ask to medicate this hypothetical issue. Just to see if it's there. It's a simple blood test. I've been on a medication known to cause this problem for years. But she just would not do it. I'm unable to function as an adult in society, but that's not important to her. According to Dr. Celestin, suffering for a decade is less important than whether my dk works or not. She said she'd do the test if I had ED. Despicable.

Blind medicine
If you are OK with a doctor doing whatever they want in regards to your health including running tests on blood draws without informing you, well then this here is the doc for you. She doesn't like explaining or helping you understand what is going on rather prefers to keep you in the dark.

Lack of simple illness
My boyfriend has gone to see her multiple times. She never gives him a diagnosis. Last week he went in for a possible ear infection. She sent him to an ear nose and throat specialist. Turns out he has a sinus infection. That is a simple illness she should've been able to diagnosis. Every time he goes to her for simple items she always sends him to a specialist. What is she actually able to diagnosis? Seems like they just want to take you co-pay and bill your insurance company. Would definitely not recommend.

I did get an appointment the same day , never had a doctor listening to me for 45 minutes in the past and addressed all my complaints. staff is very friendly , the girls at the front desk are very helpful as well

When my elderly Mother was telling me about her last visit with Dr Celestine I was so angry the way she just dismissed my Mother! This Dr has absolutely no bedside manner & is Downright rude! I will be helping my Mother find a new Dr. She will never have the privilege to speaking to my sweet Mother again! Shame on you Dr. Celestine

She is rude, has no bedside manner whatsoever, has misread my charts on various occasions and is in general an extremely miserable person. She has a complete lack of understanding of a doctor's first duty to do no harm. I wouldn't subject my dog to this Doctor's cruelty. All other Doctors & staff are outstanding. I will go out of my way to unreccommend her to everyone I know.
