During my first visit, I found the questionnaire offensive, with many irrelevant questions. I overheard the staff speaking negatively about me outside the door, saying I 'need to relax.' Dr. Davis seemed more focused on typing notes than on listening to my concerns, and he recommended unnecessary treatments. I later read these notes in my patient portal, confirming my frustration. His assumptions were offensive, and despite not fully hearing me, he left the room with an apology.

Had my first visit with Dr Davis. My Dr within the practice is retiring so on 2 family member’s recommendations I switched. He was well prepared for my first visit. Allowed me to voice concerns that I had for my health. Made a change in a heart med & informed me that he could take over my CPAP reports. I’m very pleased.

I'm waiting for a refund for a telehealth for 2 weeks now that the doctor couldn't honor. I scheduled this appointment many times and consistently asked if I needed blood work before the appointment. I was told no no it's fine Just make the appointment to refill your prescription lo and behold on the day of.... After I've already made my payment for the telehealth I'm told that blood work is needed in order to refill my prescription. I must have called to reschedule that appointment at least three times and every time I asked do I need blood work for this appointment? And now here we are two weeks out and I still haven't received the refund. Not to mention the doctor who I will leave the personal details out, but he is not interested in doing anything but underestimating the amount of pain that I was in during the process of recovery of a neck problem, referring me out to an incompetent, unprepared physical therapy establishment

Doctor Davis, has an incompetent, hyperbolic, abrasive, and supercilious front office staff who make it impossible to get your abnormal lab results. The incompetent front office staff is also tasked with giving you devastating diagnoses and if you have any questions about what that diagnosis means to you you're plumb out of luck because they don't know a thing about it. His staff will dress you down just for politely asking for a printout of an abnormal lab, they are so incompetent that after they dress you down for asking for one lab they will print you 300 labs and then yell at you again for waiting, and then then the doctor will abandon you, and your husband, to boot.

I have had several visits with Randy, and so far, so good. He's helpful, knowledgeable, has a pleasant demeanor and easy to talk with. He also took the time to show me how to save $$$ on prescriptions, and how to avoid needing them! How many doctors do that? Not many! Thumbs up!

I wasn't expecting much from a walk in visit but Dr. Randal Davis plesently surprised me with how attentive he was and helpful. He showed genuine concern and acted fast on getting me the proper treatment. He apologized for my wait time but honestly it wasn't that bad. As a woman who is typically uncomfortable with male doctors, I would definitely recommend Davis and his medical staff.

Dr. Davis is an excellent clinician. He is also an osteopath and did some manipulation on my injured foot. The swelling and a nauroma that had developed resolved nearly overnight after the first treatment. I’m extremely pleased and would recommend him to anyone.
