The dental assistants were a bit rude. I felt rushed and like they didn’t want to deal with me. Also, one of the tools were leaking creating a puddle on the floor. A major health hazard. I mentioned it to the assistant taking care of me and she just said “oh” & continued looking at her computer screen. Also the pricing for dental work here is VERY expensive even with insurance discounts. If you want extractions done or any other dental work for a reasonable price I recommend a different dentist.

The front desk receptionist was very rude. She was trying to convince me to not make an appointment because they are busy. Just so you know we have a long wait to get an appointment in our office, like months wait. There is not a big selection of doctors that take my insurance. I have limited options. I have never heard of a receptionist trying to turn patients away. I hope the doctor is nice compared to the front desk. I hope I don't have more issues trying to get an appointment.

The best dentist ever. Friendly, patient, professional and good looking. Treated my autistic son with much respect and patience and went out of his way to accommodate him. Extremely satisfied. Highly recommended.

Excellent oral surgeon. After the tooth was removed I had zero pain after the blocker wore off. The only problem that I had was the front desk. I called when the office opened to find out my exact time to be there. I waited 15 minutes and then was disconnected when I called back I left a voicemail which was never returned. I had my dentist send them an x-ray of my tooth she could not get through she left a message neither of ours were ever returned. Frustrating but I liked the dentist.

Dr. Hall is absolutely amazing. He explains everything he is going to do. He's very gentle and kind. Dr. Hall is a true asset to SWFL. Thanks for everything you've done for me Dr. Hall.
