Very upset
I went to see Dr Jackson on May 9, 2024 having moved here recently. The visit was pleasant he informed me he wanted to take some blood work regarding my AFib. Bloodwork was taken and results posted to my chart the following day. On May 14 after no call regarding my blood work I was upset because one test showed on my chart to be way over the range. So I text in my chart can someone call me. On May 15 cvs called me a script is waiting for me,, No one called no one explained blood results had no idea why or what Med was ordered for me. I am so sad after leaving such a great Doctor when I moved and to have not a call or explanation. Just a very cold and uncaring experience

He is the epitome of the perfect physician. Personal, extremely competent. I am a physician and I have some experience evaluating others in the profession. I recently had a procedure by Dr. Jackson and I am already feeling wonderful. Duke Cardiology can't be beaten and I have never been treated by anyone with Dr. Jackson's bedside manner and communitive skills. I can not praise him and his staff enough.

I could not get a straight answer out of him or his assistance. I finally told the nursing staff to fill out the paper work because I was leaving the hospital. The reason was nothing was being done.
