Dr. Instrum was absolutely wonderful to deal with for my total knee replacement. He was upfront about the process and what to expect. The surgical team was fantastic and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Dr. Instrum and the team at Berkshire Orthopedics and Medical Center.

Dr. Instrum and his surgical team were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had a pleasant experience during my arthroscopic surgery with Dr Instrum, his staff and the staff at the Crane Center. Staff was always available to answer any questions.

My hip replacements performed by Dr. Instrum at Berkshire Orthopedics are Fantastic. I am extremely satisfied with the results. Dr. Instrum is a personable professional caring about you and your situation and tells you how it is. If you are a younger old person such as I am he tries procedures to alleviate your discomfort and improve mobility first allowing you to keep your natural hips as long as you can. All the BOA staff members that helped me throughout my 10-month process were terrific. I truly enjoyed the Hocus Pocus theme at Halloween, it really showed off the office comradery that is working for you. I thank them all.

So far so good. Practice itself has been responsive to my pain issues. Lubrication worked on one knee, but not the other. Coritzone injection by Dr. Rich did the job. Good beside manner Have seen Instrum and he is well versed in my condition and I will see him again in June for consult on August surgery. Im ready to do this - treating the arthritis repeatedly is a losing cause.

From the moment I entered the hospital everything went very smoothly. I was up and walking the first day. The staff was very reassuring and professional. I had one brief issue with pain that was dealt with quickly. I plan on having the other knee done next spring.

He did a joint replacement 2020. Post op he was good and his pa was ok except for pain management

Been to many doctors that really don’t listen. Even though my MRI didn’t show anything more then what the X-ray said. He did find I had bone spurs.But My explanation of the kind of pain I was having made him look further during surgery.He found the problem and kept me from having another surgery a year down the road. The front office staff could be friendlier, and make you feel welcome instead of making you feel like your bothering them

This guy rushed in and out of my appointment. Asked me questions I already gave answers to so obviously he wasn't listening. He was dismissive of most of my complaints and focused in on only one area of my pain when in fact there were a few areas in the same region stating something like "oh that is something else". Really??? Oh well, thanks for the thorough eval, explanation and plan to help heal my injury and get back to my previous state of functioning. Even if that is true I didn't even hav

Dr Instrum couldn't take two minutes to come out and tell family how surgery went. One of his front office staff is absolutely miserable and needs to find a new profession. Wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. The next surgery will be done elsewhere .
