A caring family medicine practice
Dr. Ngo is extremely helpful and attentive. He spends the time necessary to understand and to address the situation. His staff also is very courteous and helpful maneuvering through the challenges imposed by today's "healthcare" system. Thank you for all that you do!

I have been seeing Dr. Ngo for several years now and when my new insurance said he was not on my plan I went anyway. He listens to my problems and answers all of my questions. Rarely do I have to wait more then ten minutes. The staff is really good and super nice. I recommend Cypress Family Practice to anyone.

Worst service I ever had!!! Waited for 50 minutes and the Receptionist still couldn't tell me when the Doctor can see me. I definitely will not recommend Cypress Family Practice for their service quality!

I have been seeing Dr. Ngo for over 15 years and I don't plan on changing if I have the choice. He listens to me and knows what I am okay with and tries to do what is best for my health and lifestyle. He pays attention to my medical history and already knows what has worked and has not, so I do not have to come in multiple times for one issue. The staff is awesome and always so kind to their patients. I would HIGHLY recommend to my friends and family.
