My mom went to this cardiologist from time she was seen at Adventhealth celebration. She had several case of CAD stenosis in her carotid arteries, didn’t ever seem concerned to treat or even try to treat these serious health concerns. Don’t get me started on how the offices are ran. Cannot in good conscience recommend this doctor to anyone you care about .

I have no complaints about the Doctor. My issue is with some of his staff. I took a form to be completed, after almost two weeks I called twice, the staff responsible to complete and fax the form was Shakira and never returned my call. I personally went today to inquire about the status of the form. It has not been completed due to missing the doctors signature. Was told the doctor which I know was a very poor excuse they used. I asked to speak to a manager and after waiting for a while she never came to talk to me. Customer service/ relationship is usually a priority in all business practice, but it doesn’t seem to be theirs. Management seems to be very weak, not good for any business

I had an appt today at the Poinciana Office I got there 15 minutes early and it was all dark inside and the doors were locked, I called the office and got an answering machine. I had no idea where he was located so I came home only to go on the internet and find out I am not the only person this has happened too. So I cannot give this Dr a good review he needs to work on his office staff and get everyone on the same page.

I had a stress test performed today Aug 24th under Dr Moin. I was concerned about the test. He did not make me feel comfortable in anyway. He made no eye contact with me, had zero bedside manner and was barely present during the test. A sales person came in the room and he just talked with her and paid no attention to me. I would never recommend him to anyone as you will not get 1:1 treatment and he seem so disenterested.. He may be an excellent Dr but I have no wish to see him again.

Would not recommend. Dr. Moin spends no time with patient especially when I needed questions answered. Office charged deductible did not send to medicare immediatly saw another doctor next day medicare had them also collect deductible being that it was sent to medicare immediatly.Moins office refused to give credit or return overcharge also charged November 2016 bill which medicare says did not receive also is now charging for visit rather than credit from overcharge.

I have AFIB and he has failed to treat properly twice. First was after admittance to hospital via ER when during AFIB attack. He was able to aid in getting the AFIB under control in the hospital, but his discharge Rx's were way off and required another cardiologist to get things right. Newest encounter with him is after hip-replacement surgery. He refused getting me back on my pre-surgery meds so my heart is not working they way he thinks it should so he keeps trying different things.

He is too busy. He rushes us through our appointment every time. I think he is a good doctor, but he doesn't have time for his office patients. My main concern is the front office. I truly believe they never answer calls, but let them all go to recording to save time. I have called several times at different times of the day and no one has ever picked up the phone. Yet when we are at our office visits they never seem to be very busy and I have never seen them pick up a call. Poorly managed.
