I have been waiting for a couple of months on my appointment time to roll around. Its finally a few days away and they called me to cancel my appointment. They said they could reschedule it for a couple of more months away, since I'm a new patient and that's the next new patient appointment they have available. I told her that rightfully an exception should be made and I should get a "non-new-patient" appointment since I've been waiting so long. They would not make an exception. Absolutely ridiculous. After reading the reviews, it seems like I've dodged a bullet though. Going to Greenville!

I saw Dr. Ostrowski for an ear cleaning. She was friendly and professional, and put me at ease. She took time to answer my questions and asked several times if I had any other concerns. I would definitely go to her again. The office staff was very friendly, and accommodating with financials.

My daughter Alaina has had such bad problems with her ear and Dr Ostrowski has always been very quick to see her when I feel something is up. She explains everything and is very kind and good with my 2 year old who sometimes can be a handful.
