Dr. Ghosh was a bit hard to get into as a new patient, but he was absolutely worth the wait. Once I arrived at the facility, I didn’t wait long at all. His staff was kind, patient, and impressively efficient—they really have things running smoothly. Dr. Ghosh himself was incredibly thorough and proactive. He brought up things I hadn’t even thought to ask about, like making sure I was up to date on my vaccinations, mammogram, and other preventative care. Before I even left the office, a scheduler was already calling to help set up follow-ups. He refilled all my prescriptions without issue and even called me personally to review my lab results. His bedside manner is warm, attentive, and reassuring—something you don’t always find. I’m genuinely impressed and highly recommend him. If you’re thinking of booking, make the appointment—and be sure to call the office to get on their cancellation list. You won’t regret it.

Very good communications, Above and beyond Dr.
Dr. has been my PCP for a couple years now. I have probably had over a dozen Dr.s over time and Dr. Ghosh is probably one of the best. He digs into issues rather than just getting you out the door.

Take your own risk if you want bedside manner
Had Dr. Ghosh as a primary for years. If you are wanting a doctor who actually listens and looks at you, this is NOT the doctor for you. His staff is fabulous but he is not. God help you if you were wanting any empathy at all. You are lucky if you get your issues resolved in a timely fashion. He loves pushing you into procedures that may not be necessary. Sent a message (urgent) which never got responded to.

Dr. Ghosh is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. He’s professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Plus the BSW ecosystem makes everything logistically a breeze.

I have been seeing Dr ghosh since 2003. He has done very well in diagnosis of conditions and recommending specialists when necessary. He is very attentive and listens to questions and provides explanations of why he is picking a certain investigative path.
