Need individual care? Medicine?
I’m sure she is a good cold/flu doctor. Indeed not a doctor that goes above and beyond to ensure patients have what they need. If you’re someone who travels a lot for work and needs meds a few days early, this isn’t the doctor for you. In particular, I needed a sleeping medicine two days early as I had a long week of travel ahead. I submitted this for fill days earlier through the pharmacy, and the doctor never responded. I then submitted it through the Mercy app; they sent it to the pharmacy but did not approve it for early release because it’s schedule 2. Before I traveled, I explained my situation thoroughly to the nurse. She wanted to argue about laws and other semantics — even suggested I plan better (she didn’t know that I had requested this drug days earlier through the pharmacy)—all of this during the holidays. I felt hopeless. I terminated our relationship and want everyone to know what they might be in for.

I absolutely love my new doctor! She listens to your concerns and confirms the treatment plan with you. She's compassionate and caring. I needed that after a recent traumatic experience with my previous doctor.
