I was taken out of a scheduled appointment procedure in the hospital showing an AFIB heart rate 160, 175 low blood pressure, via wheelchair into ER no waiting signed in moved into area, instant nurses, hooked me up to they're machines, hoses, IV's, EKGs, good communications between the group, head nurse Donna maybe helping and always watching the monitors and asking me how I was feeling. Dr Schmidt entered watching monitors during introduced himself shook hands looked each other eye to eye asking how I was feeling. Walked out came back in with an empty plastic syringe. He explained a procedure as a first link, I replied let's go for it. I am keeping the plastic syringe. Rolled back to previous scheduled appointment hooked up to similar machines all was well and I finished up the day. I misgauged my synthetic opioid drug supply and was afraid of the sudden stoppage for lack of pills on my dodgy heart. Dr Schmidt helped me get a bridge prescription so that I would have pills until Monday when I can contact my regular doctor. He just may have kept me from heart failure!
