Dr. Happel took care of my mom while she was in the ICU at Ochsner Kenner in June and July of 2019. He was a wonderful and caring doctor who took time to explain things to us in a way that made sense to us. He was very honest and compassionate. We could not have made it through that difficult time with my mom without him and his staff. He treated us like we were family and that made all the difference.

Dr. Happel has run various tests to properly diagnose pulmonary issues that I have had and has successfully identified a treatment that has virtually eliminated my symptoms and significantly improved my breathing. He is an excellent physician, is extremely knowledgeable, takes an interest in his patients and has done a great job treating me.
