Dr. Landon Hough, MD

Had problems with knees for 4 years while living in VT. 10 doctors brushed it off as me being overweight. Moved to MO and found a doctor in Waynesville that discovered the real problem with my knees. I moved to Springfield a year later and went to Dr. Hough for further treatment. He suggested different therapy, shoe insoles, exercise, etc. and told me to return of the problem was not changed or resolved. Even though the problem has not resolved, I haven't returned for scheduling/personal issues only. As soon as those clear up, I'm going to ask Dr. Hough about the next steps I should takes because he really took the time to find the problem, instead of just assuming it was because of my weight. 9/10 definitely would recommend.

2 days after injuring my foot, i went to the Springfield ER. Xrays revealed no broken bones. A week later, still in excruciating pain I went to urgent care. After ankle X-Ray, Dr was concerned about ligament issues, so he referred me to Dr.Hough. Hough opened the door brefily, told me nurse was giving me a boot to wear& exercises to do & exited the room w/o examining my ankle at all. 5 weeks later, pain is present every waking moment accompanied by discoloration and severe swelling.

Dr Hough was very professional and took time answering all my questions about my broken foot. He introduced himself to my husband and answered all his questions as well. He seemed to honestly care about my frustrations about getting around slowly and my concern about future limitations. He was encouraging and gave me the latitude to help guide my own progress and recovery. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
