Kind, caring and listens.
Each time I had appointments with Dr. Moore he took time to make certain he heard and understood my needs. His staff is efficient, knowledgeable, patient and kind. It has been my experience that people who are emotional and frightened tend to say negative statements impulsively and exaggerated and inaccurate.

I felt he really listened to me and treated me accordingly. He also referred me to a therapeutic study based on something I mentioned, which I really appreciated. He seemed thorough and very competent. It can, however, be hard to get appointments at the Mercy Orthopedics Clinic; not just with Dr. Moore, but with most doctors. Sometimes the wait is long and conditions can deteriorate while you wait to see someone.

Terrible! He didn’t listen to what my child said, referred for months of expensive therapy that didn’t work, finally agreed to more tests (after being strongly encouraged by the parent). Then, getting that completed was another disaster. Took no fewer than seven follow up calls to get the orders sent, then turns out, it wasn’t even to a site that accepted our insurance. That led to more phone calls and burning up my work time! Ugh!

Dr. Moors listens to my concerns and goes forward with great decisions about the condition and how it needed to be handled. Very professional and kind and caring. His staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to handle the situation. Very professional with handling phones calls and returning calls when needed. Reminders for office visits are professional and concerns with process and paperwork is efficient. I greatly recommend and appreciate this circle of office and staff.
