She made me have a mammogram when I had no breast at all. I went with her to ask her for a letter to help me have a insurance to cover my breast plastic surgery. I looked like a man. She didn't help me with the letter even when I told her that I wanted to die. She saw me cry when I showed her my flat chest. She just made me feel embarrassed with that stupid test. Than, I found a great psychologist and she gave me that letter, and now, I feel like a happy woman now. I hate Dr. Laura Loya.

I’ve been going here for about two years. To start she is ALWAYS behind anywhere from 30 minutes to TWO HOURS! The secretaries are rude and sit there and gossip. Usually when I would make an appointment it would be cancelled or rescheduled. I would explain that I cannot reschedule since I had to take a day off. They were never considerate. One time there was a clinical student with her tech. She didn’t even ask if it’s okay and she was having side conversations while checking me! Really? It was

Staff is unprofessional And unresponsive. The Doctor is unprofessional and yells at her workers which can be heard by patients waiting in the waiting room. Have had a terrible experience with this doctor and her poorly trained negligent staff.

This doctor does not spend time at all with the patient. Hardly spends three minutes and leaves the room while still asking important health questions. It will be embarrassing when she leaves the room while still asking questions or suggestions after having waited for minimum of two hours almost during every visit. Staff on other side are very rude .I will certainly not refer to any friend of mine.
