Office runs horribly
Dr Norton was always been ok when I am able to see her, but I wonder if she knows how horribly her office runs. Can’t ever get in or get a returned call. I’ve had multiple pharmacies and specialty practices tell me how frustrating it is to try and get anything from them. The surgeon that did my hysterectomy was furious with them because they could never get ahold of them to get what they needed, and it almost caused my surgery to be delayed. The staff has sat on important documents faxed to them more than a handful of times and constantly drop the ball. My gynecologist’s office urged me to find a new primary care after trying to deal with them.

Medication nightmare
The reception and persons who call in the medications are so disrespectful to me. I take a medication for my.pain and I guess they think I am a drug addict. They make me wait to get refill longer than is necessary and past my refill date. They talk down to me. It is a bad experience every single month. I am looking for a new doctor right now because I an sick and tired of being treated this way and also being told my medication will be called in today then I end up waiting for two more days and even past the date on my bottle. It feels like some kind of weird game they play there.

Terrible front office staff
I wish I could give a good review for Dr Norton, but her receptionists and front office staff make my appointments and phone calls miserable and so stressful. Trying to get good medical care, prescriptions, communication with doctor, referrals etc is such a hassle that I dread calling them or going to appointments. It has made my health worse because of the stress they put me under and the lack of concern, communication , receiving prescriptions and dr visits in time. OMG, it is horrible. Dr Norton needs to clean house starting with the receptionists, Cheyenne and the new medication manager Alan is turning out to be manipulative and a dishonest. The last thing we as patients with health issues that are making us miserable in pain and irritable is to be given the run around, lied to, put off, ignored, disrespected, treated like a child, condescending and made to wait and wait for our appointments and medications. They just don’t care. But Dr Norton Is a 5 star doctor.

I've been a patient of Dr Norton for a little under a year, and let me tell you that I couldn't be happier she listens to all of my woes and give me excellent care, and her staff so friendly and knowledgeable, all the girls are great, I just love the care that I receive every time I visit her office, I've never said this about any of my past doctors but I really love my doctor, my husband and I are both patients of hers and we thank God everyday that she's in our life.

Dr. Norton is great, patient, communicative, thorough, understanding, etc. The office is a little hectic and it's hard to get through to the office sometimes... today I'm trying to contact the office, I get a long recording and after listening to the whole thing, the mailboxis full!!!

They never call anyone back and medications are difficult to manage as they have no set time to Process refills or prepare new prescriptions. Be prepared to never see Dr. Norton after the initial visit -- instead, you are handed off to student residents or Nurse Practitioners. They over schedule and desperately need a manager for front office patient care.
