Incompetent staff
Lauren Boglioli is an amazing cardiologist and I would definitely recommend her for people that have heart issues But you will run into multiple problems with her staff. Mainly her office manager Alicia. Very rude, very incompetent and definitely a person that should’ve been fired years ago.

Excellent doctor!
I have been with Dr. Boglioli for 17 years. I dread the time when she will retire. I trust her on every issue. Perfect bedside manner, listens and remembers.

These reviews are so inconsistent. Who loves and who hates her. Something is wrong here. She was my mother’s doctor and she was always kind, friendly and has a great bedside manner. Once when my mother fell and I was going to take her to the emergency room, Dr Boglioli said don’t torture her with the emergency room bring her to my office.

Been seeing her for about 15+ years. great bedside manner, friendly. Her staff is polite and efficient. Have recommended to several friends. I love going to her office. I trust her.

Poor bedside manner long wait time 50 mins and charts are all over but they could never find certain reports due too the untidiness hopefully she retires soon since she is getting old and sloppy with organizing and risking any documents in too strangers hands.

Love Dr. Boglioli, but her staff is left to be desired. Takes FOREVER to get test results, and several phone calls back and forth, only to never get a call back. I give Dr. Boglioli 5 stars, she's caring, attentive and very professional. Her staff on the other hand gets 1 star, and if I could give less I would. Her staff is hurting her business.

I went to Dr Boglioli in mid May for a routine check up. I explained certain issues I was having and she said that they "could be life threatening" and that I should get tests. I had a blood test that day and was sent home with a halter monitor. I was set up for a carotid artery test on June 22. After that test the technician said the doctor would be in touch with me about all the results. I never got a call so finally I called them on July 7th and 11th. Each time I got no call back.

Horrible. I went for clearance for total hip replacement surgery. Due to the lack of communication and incompetence of office staff, my surgery is now being delayed (11 days pre op). I have been in contact with the office too many times to count and have had NO help. The worst part, nobody is accountable. Worst ever!
