Shoulders
I went to see Dr Porras for both of my shoulders ,i could not raise either of my arms to my without pain,my range of motion was very bad,but after the treatment and exercise that she gave me my range of motion and pain level are very tolerance now and plus i can sleep at night now ,I still have limitations but not like before.Dr Porras and her staff are professional and very kind.

Positive experience with clinic but not provider. Over multiple appointments, she seemed rushed, barely explained my diagnosis or instructions, and didn’t answer questions. Poor bedside manner and would not recommend.

I waited over an hour before she came into the exam room. No one came into the room to explain the delay, or give me an option to reschedule. When she finally came in she never apologized or gave a reason for the delay. She spent about 10 minutes with me before she left.
