Abrasive and Judgemental
I went to see him several years ago during a difficult time in my life. He spent part of our session asking if I was taking birth control and chastised me for my choice not to. He made me feel small and defective when I was vulnerable.

Dr Fischman has been my doctor and has kept me well for the past 4 years. I am a very stable person and before I saw him I was diagnosed with kidney failure. I had to change my medications and it put me in the hospital. Since seeing Dr. F I feel very supported. I know that if I call him with questions or medication refills he will contact me back the same day at or around 7pm. In all of my years dealing with my illness I have only had one Dr as a tentative as Dr. F, that was 25 years ago back home. I would highly recommended him to anyone needing care and a sense of humor and a smile. Very professional at the same time.

Horrific. This psychiatrist needs to be re-evaluated supervised and monitored for a very long time before he is left with a patient behind closed doors. He literally does and says whatever comes to his mind without any consideration for the client .The very fact that he stipulates therapy for 99% of the time is very disturbing.

I have the utmost respect for Dr Fischman. I find my time with him well spent. He's excellent at his job and I feel quite comfortable with him.
