Questionable Billing Practices
For the 2nd time, I have scheduled an Annual Physical which is covered at 100% by my insurance provider. The visit was coded as an Intermediate visit and not covered at 100% leaving me with a balance. The doctor's office refuses to make a correction.

Dr. Grose is excellent. He listens and answers all your questions. He also has a good sense of humor. There is a problem now though with trying to schedule an appointment as it goes to the Emory scheduling department.

Had a horrible experience. He misdiagnosed and ignored my cancer symptoms for 15 months. For example, I was throwing up and felt a lump in my abdomen. He didn’t even bother to feel the lump, but told me as long as it was not painful, not to worry about it. When asked about my weight loss, I stated that I threw up a lot and didn’t feel good. Again, basically ignored.

Dr. Grose is very kind and took his time learning about my medical history. The practice that he's in is excellent too! I'm so happy to have found a great PCP.
